Been using Core Correct for about three weeks. It was suggested that I try this for sleep as Barbara’s husband noticed a FB post where a few of us were commenting about our poor sleep.
My sleep app often recorded erratic nights of sleep/wake etc often being in bed 8-10 hours yet getting only 4-6 hours sleep. Those nights couldn’t even get a score, good nights were high 70-low 80s. In the past three weeks except for one very stressful night I’m averaging mid – high 80s. This alone will keep me using Core Correct. I feel that I was regular before starting Core Correct, but feel even that has improved. I do feel a different sense of calm, considering my stress levels. Ordering some for my son, who definitely has stomach and sleep issues🤞
