Over a year ago, I reached out to inquire about Core Correct for my daughter. I felt compelled to go alongside her and try it out mostly out of curiosity. UPDATE I caught wind that using this product before bed could benefit my sleep. Well, at my age (50’s) I honestly thought nothing could help me sleep again. I had resigned myself to the idea that it was normal to awake in the middle of the night and toss and turn for hours after.
